Produktbeschreibung
Die Zugentlastungsplatte 713-128 ist ein Zubehörteil für Federleisten-Reihenklemmen im WAGO-Multisteckersystem. Die Platte hat eine Breite von 39 mm, eine Höhe von 3 mm und eine Tiefe von 36 mm mit einem Rastermaß von 3,5 mm. Das Gewicht beträgt 1,4 g, die Farbe ist schwarz. Die Platte wird verwendet, um Aderleitungen beim Anschluss an Federleisten vor Zugbeanspruchung zu schützen und so die mechanische Zuverlässigkeit der Verdrahtung zu erhöhen.
Anwendungsbereiche
Typische Einsatzfelder sind die Verdrahtung in Schaltschränken für Maschinensteuerungen, wo Leitungen regelmäßigen Vibrationen ausgesetzt sind, sowie in Verpackungsmaschinen und Förderanlagen mit häufigen Wartungseingriffen. Auch in Sensor-Aktor-Schränken und dezentralen Steuereinheiten schützt die Platte die Klemmenkontakte vor Verschleiß durch Zugkräfte.
Vorteile gegenüber Alternativen
Im Unterschied zu einfachen Kabelbindern oder Schläuchen bietet die Zugentlastungsplatte eine formschlüssige Befestigung direkt an der Reihenklemme, die eine sichere und wiederholbare Verdrahtung ohne zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel ermöglicht. Die Montage erfolgt unmittelbar auf die Federleiste ohne Werkzeuge. RoHS-konform, Made in Germany.
